ambiente participates in the “Green Track” Project (Green Traceability Across Environments for Persistent Pollutants to Deploy Sustainable Technological Solutions (STSs) and Ensure Food Safety) just submitted for funding to the Horizon 2020 – European Green Deal Call (Building a low-carbon, climate resilient future: Research and innovation in support of the European Green Deal)

GREEN TRACK project is coordinated by Professor Nelson MARMIROLI and aims to develop Sustainable Technological Solutions (STSs) for in situ, ex situ, treatments of environments relevant to food production and food safety.

 

ambiente will contribute with its capacity and knowledge on sustainability and site contamination. In particular ambiente will contribute to the evaluation of the STS determining the ecological impacts of remediation and it will conduct a benchmarking by sustainability indicators on biochair against other standard and state of the art remediation technologies.

Moreover, due to its experience in Circular Economy ambiente will develop a circular economy assessment of the Green Track STSs and contribute to the dissemination of the results of the project with reference to Italian stakeholders.

 

The project involves 9 companies and 11 research institutions in 13 countries and it is presented by INSTM – CONSORZIO INTERUNIVERSITARIO NAZIONALE PER LA SCIENZA E TECNOLOGIA DEI MATERIALI .

Il progetto GREEN TRACK è coordinato dal Professor Nelson MARMIROLI e mira a sviluppare soluzioni tecnologiche sostenibili (STS) per trattamenti in situ, ex situ, di ambienti rilevanti per la produzione alimentare e la sicurezza alimentare.

ambiente contribuirà con le sue capacità e conoscenze sulla sostenibilità e la contaminazione del sito. In particolare ambiente contribuirà alla valutazione del STS determinando gli impatti ecologici della bonifica e condurrà un benchmarking mediante indicatori di sostenibilità sulla poltrona bio rispetto ad altre tecnologie di bonifica standard e all’avanguardia.

Inoltre, grazie alla sua esperienza in Circular Economy, ambiente svilupperà una valutazione di economia circolare dei Green Track STS e contribuirà alla diffusione dei risultati del progetto con riferimento agli stakeholder italiani.
